Requirements to Maintain Engineer Plan Access
To continue benefiting from the Engineer Plan, participants must uphold the following standards:
Professional Code of Conduct
All Engineer Plan participants must adhere to Top Engineer's professional code of conduct, demonstrating integrity, respect, and ethical behavior in all professional interactions.
Essential Attitude and Mindset
A growth mindset, positive attitude, and commitment to continuous improvement are essential. Participants must demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt.
Industry Relevance
Participants must have experience or a strong interest in industries relevant to Top Engineer, such as Automotive, Aerospace, or Energy.
Good Work History
A solid work history demonstrating reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic is required. This includes maintaining a positive reputation in previous roles.
Note: A degree is not required for Engineer Plan participation. However, participants must demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and development.
